I still could not remove the suspected virus so i want to allow Windows defender Scanning and download definition update. BUt AVG block all these function. Can we request AVG. thru Support to allows these Windows 10 features to function?

Be informed that if AVG is active, the windows defender will be disabled by default. Please share the screenshot of the blocking message when you perform a update.
Besides that, let us know how do you suspect your device has been infected with a virus? Have you performed a full scan using the updated version of AVG Internet Security (19.6)?
