Windows Disk clean handler stuck on system clean Tuneup

HI Phoebe,

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
For how long does the scan runs?
Restart the PC and try again.

When I run a scan on my Tuneup free subsciption on the "Free up Junk, System cleaner" option it gets stuck at 50% and states "Windows Disk clean up handler" is running. I have closed the program and restarted it and the same problem occurs. I only reinstalled Tuneup today after being offered a free subscription. Please assist.
