Windows explorer.exe / Corel Painter X

Hello David,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will check and help you to resolve it. We need to check whether Internet Explorer and Corel painter added in AVG Tuneup sleep list. If yes, please remove those programs from sleep list and check whether you can use both programs.

Open AVG TuneUp > Speed up > Background & startup programs - Check the list of programs in sleep list. Remove Internet Explorer and Corel Painter from sleeplist.

Please try the above steps and let us know if its help you. Thank you.

1. Whenever I open Tune Up my window goes black … ie. explorer.exe stops running.
2. If I let Tune Up put Corel Painter X to sleep, then when I restart Painter it wants me to enter the Activation Code again.
