I have AVG internet security and tune up - I also have windows 10. I cannot get into my Spodify account or into the Microsoft store - a message from: explorer.exe pops up saying these programs can't be opened because "Class not registered" Have my AVG programs caused this problem or had anything whatsoever to do with this? I noticed I can purchase software from Norton anti-virus to fix this problem , but I don't want to introduce another anti-virus software system into my computer. Any ideas how I can fix this?
