Yesterday evening AVG updated on Version 17.6.3029 on my PC. This morning I started my PC and recognized that windows explorer doesn't work. See attached file. You cannot see folders and files.
I can open explorer and see all folders and files, but when I want to attach a file from my email program it looks like attached jpg. Or if I want to download a file from internet browser, it looks like attached jpg.
Please help urgently. Is it maybe possbile to answer in Germnan language? That would be much more easier for me … Thanks, Petra

I understand the experience you are facing with the browser and folders. I will help you with that. I suggest you disable AVG (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > Troubleshooting > Passive Mode > Turn off the AVG Passive mode) and check the issue.
