Whilst I was updating a program (Sibelius v 2019.12) after Windows update from indows7 to Windows 10 I got a pop-up screen telling me that windows firewall was blocking the updating process. I switched off Windows Firewall and the update went through properly.
I do not now how to update AVG internet security so that it will switch off Windows Firewall automatically as there is no 'Update" tab on the AVG gui.
How can i make sure that I am running updated version of AVG Internet Security suitable for Windows 10.

I would like to inform that your PC will have one primary firewall.
Since you have installed AVG Internet Security, it will enable AVG firewall and disable Windows firewall.
