I would send a screenshot if I could. I can't get screenshot to vcome up on my computer. The only thing I can get is the 'WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER' screen. I understand there is a virus that that name. You think that's what I have? Why didn't AVG stop it?

This program has my pc locked up(well....almost. I can get to my emails, but that's about all). I am using Windows 7 Home Prem. When I try to access AVG the 'windows media center' pops up. Can anyone help?
