Please clarify whether you've hibernated the Windows Module installer through AVG TuneUp. If not, please elaborate how you've deactivated it.
Also, let us know the reason that made you think that Windows module instlaler is causing the issue with Firefox.
Everytime I open Firefox and it doesn't respond I realise that Windows Modules Installer is the issue. Even though I have deactivated it the program still wakes up and prevents any searches plus runs for 20+ minutes and only when I end it can I do any work. Any suggestions please folks?
I have also disabled Microsoft Edge but this updates and takes a while and so I end it too.
