When I turn on my VPN my internet can not be connected.? I've been paying for this service for several months and I cant enjoy what I'm paying for. Are there step-by-step instructions that I can follow for proper installation and use? This is the troubleshooting message I get. Security or firewall settings might be blocking the connection. I call the network and their isn't a problem on their end.
