My installation of AVG is without AVG´s Firewall. So I cant check Firewall´s setiings.
You're kidding, right? Have you ever seen a AVG custom installation and its checkboxes? Probably not, because you would know that installing AVG without its firewall is not only possible, but also very simple.
Thank you for your post. Disabling individual AVG components does not affect the reported error. Only disabling all AVG protection will allow remote desktop connection.
AVG blocks outgoing remote desktop connections (Windows app). Unfortunately, the chat on the AVG website does not start even after several hours and several days, so this is the only possibility to report a bug. A few months ago there was no problem with this.
AVG blokuje odchozí připojení ke vzdálené ploše (aplikace ve Windows). Bohužel chat na stránkách AVG nenaběhne ani po několika hodinách a několika dnech, takže je toto jediná možnost oznámit chybu. Před několika měsíci s tímto problém nebyl.

We would like to inform you that AVG Firewall is an inbulit component of AVG Internet Security application. It cannot be installed without Firewall component.

Please apologize for the inconvenience caused. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Let us check if you configured the Firewall settings as recommended.
Open AVG - Menu - Settings - Full protection - Enhanced Firewall - Enable Internet connection sharing.
Additionally, click on System rules that is available in the same page & enable the 1st two options : Windows file & printer sharing, remote desktop connections. Do check if the network profile is set to private.
Also, we regret to inform you that some customer's are facing issues with connecting chat and we are working on it. Soon it will be fixed.
