We understand that your PC keeps prompting for restart because of Blue screen error. We do not recommend user to have multiple Anti-virus programs on same PC. Because it will conflict with each other. But, it does not cause blue screen error.
Could you please share the screenshot (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) of the error message which you got?
Please confirm the operating system installed in it.
