Windows Update post 15 Sept 2016

Hello Lorraine,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Could you disable AVG temporarily ( http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG ) and check if you can download the windows updates? If you can, please let us know which version of AVG are you using and from where did you check the AVG traffic log? Also please provide the name of system files that AVG has blocked. Thank you.

Windows Updates are not being installed on Windows 10 Home 1511 since the 16th September 2016 on my system. AVG Traffic Log displays a block on SYSTEM files dating back to the date the updates started to fail.

Hello, I disabled AVG temprarily as suggested and dowloaded the Microsoft Windows 10 update KB3185614. The update downloaded, however the installation failed. There  were several blocks listed in the Firewall Traffic Log. I am running AVG Protection 2015, AVG Zen and AVG PC Tuneup. The Microsoft Update installation stalls at approx 63% and then uninstalls back the previous state.  AVG Protection restarts when the PC is restarted. If AVG is preventing the update installation it is during the install after the restart.

Lorraine,
Thank you for checking it for me and we appreciate your efforts. So you were not even download the update when AVG is enabled? If it is the same case even after disabling AVG, we suggest you to contact Microsoft support for further help.
