Windows will not start up after running AVG

We can assure you that this couldn't be due to AVG program.
It seems that you have contacted our chat support and they suggested to connect with our remote team once the PC is logged into windows successfully.
May I know the current status of your computer?

It says Preparing Windows, Do not turn off your PC. And nothing more happens.
