Thank you. I'll try those. Also my computer is running very slow and acts like it has a virus but no threats are found. All this started right after I downloaded the new AVG so that's why I thought it was related.

Alice, Have you 'googled' error message 80072F78?.. Typical link (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows7/windows-update-error-80072f78-80090305-or-8009033f).

I manually update Windows 7 rather than letting it automatically update. Since updating to the latest version of AVG Free I get the error message 80072F78. I've also had problems streaming since this update. I'm not very computer savy so please keep it simple.
