AVG PC TuneUp installed.
After upgrading Windows 10 to build 21313.1000 (channel Dev), the CPU is constantly loaded in the task manager 100-75%. The reason was AVG PC TuneUp, after removing it, the values return to the normal 1-3%. In early builds, this problem was not observed. After a clean install of Windows 10 (21313.1000), the CPU load issue appears after installing AVG PC TuneUp.
After uninstalling and preinstalling AVG PC TuneUp and restarting the computer, the problem with the processor load remains within the 75-100% range. Only AVG PC TuneUp removal helps. This problem appeared only in the new build 21313.1000, in build 21301.1010 and earlier there was no such problem. Even did a clean install of build 21313.1000, the problem appears after installing AVG PC TuneUp
