Windows7 doesn't start since AVG Ultimate Installation

We request you to unplug all the external devices that are connected to your CPU via USB ports.
Please restart your PC and press Esc or F8 keys repeatedly and check whether you get the "BOOT" screen.

Hello,

Since I installed AVG Ultimate and after doing the "first scan", my PC does not start anymore. It only shows the Windows screen "Initializing Windows" and afterwards it keeps rebooting itself.
Alreasy tried the Steps with AVG Rescue CD but without success.
Now I need help, and I hope AVG didn't break my PC.
