New Question: The new VPN Secure Browser will not operate when my original AVG Secure VPN is open. I ran a Windows diagnostic (Windows 10) and it identified the problem was WireGuard. Thus the two are totally incompatible on my system even though the new browser description says otherwise. I feel quite vulnerable having to browse with Secure VPN closed and concerned that I cannot hide my physical location. I followed the instructions to set security settings for the new browser which claim I can change location but there is no such setting available in the menu. Can I delete WireGuard? Are there any other solutions?

Did you not get my response dated 9/25? I did not know how to do a screenshot so I attached the new Windows Diagnostic result as a jpeg file to an updated problem description within this box.
Appreciate your efforts, Jane.
Upon checking our records, we're unable to locate the incident to which you refer. You can share the screenshot here by :
Clicking on Answer in your topic - select mountain symbol (image icon) - browse & upload the image.
If you want to see the first Windows Diagnostic indicating the Secure VPN WireGuard adapter as blocking the connection, I can change the protocols back and send you that image as well. My goal is to continue to use Secure VPN; should I simply choose another browser?
