I have already posted a problem about being unable to use wireless settings since loading AVG. I have had one answer but waiting for technical staff to answer the reply I have sent back. I can access the registered problem from an email however when I try to reply it then asks me to login. Once I login it doesn't take me to my querie but instead to the other most recent posts. I have been unable to find my post and as I haven't received an email I can only presume that there hasn't been a reply ! My daughters laptop has also been affected and so she is unable to access school work. I am very disappointed with the support so far and now regretting choosing and uploading AVG. I need help please !! Thank you
