I am unable to print bank statements or tax returns from my laptop. Until the last few months, I had no problem. I have googled how to fix and done everything suggested, even turned off my VPN with no results. It is not a printer problem as I can print off Word or Excel documents without any problem. I can print these from my ipad/iphone with all AVG totally turned off. Any suggestions?

Since Word/Excel print fine, it’s likely not a printer issue. Try:

Download the bank/tax PDF first, then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader and print.

In Adobe Reader: Print → Advanced → Print as Image.

Try another browser or clear your browser cache.
The problem is most likely with the PDF viewer or browser security settings on the laptop.
