With AVG AntiVirus FREE Internet Exlporer 11 won't start

This is not the expected behavior of the AVG program.

May I know exactly what happens when you access Internet Explorer 11 on your computer? Are you getting any error message?
If yes, please take a screenshot of the error message and share it to this post.

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
In this meanwhile, please check the Internet Explorer 11 is listed in the Block app, if yes, please remove it from the AVG AntiVirus FREE block list and allow it, as mentioned in the below article.

After I have installed the last AVG update (21.10.3213 (build 21.10.6772.439)), Internet Exlpore 11 won't start.
Only when i disable the three option FileProtection, ProtectionToAppDangerous a RansonmWareProtection, Internet Explorer start normally
Please send me if there is a solution

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Roberto.
Please try repairing AVG program once to check if it helps.
Additionally, you can also exclude IE from AVG scans. 
Meanwhile, please share us the screenshot of the features that are available under 'Basic protection' (Open AVG - Menu - Settings - Basic protection).

No. I don't have any message. Simply IE don't start.
First time I have made a reset to the IE configuration (IE controlpanel Advanced->Reset)
This don't had any success: IE won't start.
So I have tried to stop AVG feature one a time, a pair a time, and finally ALL the three options (FileProtection, ProtectionForAppDangerous a RansomWareProtection).
Only when I stops these, IE starts.
A can add this information: when finally IE starts, I can reenable the three options and upto I don't stop IE, all seems to work. If I stop IE program, to start agani, I have to disable the AVG option.
