With the AVG Ultimate subscription, VPN not showing included

I can certainly understand the original question, because the product box pictured on some retailers' sites clearly list "VPN for private browsing" as an included feature.

Was the product image from an earlier version of Ultimate, prior to Ultimate 2020?

So how can we tell which AVG Ultimate we have? I've also recently upgraded (i believe to the Multi-device), and the message said that I would also get the VPN license too. How do i get the VPN activation?

Hi Teagan,

AVG Ultimate is a bundled package of AVG Internet security Unlimited and AVG TuneUp Unlimited. It doesn't contain AVG Secure VPN.

Are you trying to install it in your Computer or Mobile?

I had subscribed to AVG Ultimate a couple of months ago, which is to include the VPN licensing. But, when I go to look in my account, it is not listed. When I attempt to load the VPN app, it wants me to purchase it. What gives?

Yes, Howard.
VPN protection is included in the recently introduced AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) package.
It was not included in the earlier version.
