19-3-2023 i ordered a 1 year lease for AVG, at a billed cost for 19,08 euro's. Account number that withdraw the money is NL44DEUT0496286323. Only there is no lease to been seen or activated in my account. Could you tell me what went wrong? I would like to get a refund.
