Won't accept password

Tried to get ascreenshot using win key + scrnprnt key but no resonse, like it blocked the ability of win to use that function. was able to use snipping tool to get the next screen where it tells me it,s the wrong pw. I will be uploading those after I get AVG reinstalled. However it failed reinstall on first attempt even though I used the clear and uninstall progs the tech on a chat session sent me links to. I,ll update this tommorow, spent 4 hrs on this so far, dosent look good for AVG, I might go back to Kasperskey.

All I did was click on "scan computer" and it wants me to enter my pw, "An attempt to access AVG ...etc. bla bla. I know my pw, same one I use to log into "MyAVG.com" account.
Why is it even asking 4 one when all I want to do is scan, it's not like I'm trying to turn off something within the program.
