If yes, try the registration from another browser and check the status.
If you still get the error, do provide its screenshot and the mention the code through the email that we have sent now.

Just bought another activation code for 2 years for all my devices and after i fill in my name, email address and then it asks for a postal code and then it says something went wrong, so i cant activate my code, cant get passed this first screen asking for name, email address and post code
