Hi Aaron,

We're glad to help you with the activation process.
Upon checking our records, we found few synchronization issues with the activation code & our server.
We've now synchronized them. Would you be so kind to attempt activating the program once again & let us know the outcome?

i purchased AVG tune up one year subscription and it wouldnt allow me to activate via my activation code.

i have tried uninstalling it all and reinstalling.
i have restarted the computer.
it states on the browser that i have the subscription untill November 24, 2020  however i cannot activate it on my PC. when i try it says in red "Sorry, Something went wrong…"

please help asap as i am out of options.
