When I run a full computer scan, it gets to "Finishing" but stops there. I've looked at other reports and saw to uncheck "Scan system enviroment", but that doesn't help. At that point, I can stop the scan, at which point the AVG screen goes black from which all I can do is close the program. When I go back and look at reports it never lists that I ever did the scan in the first place.
