Wont put programs to sleep

Please provide me the list of Programs that you're unable to put to sleep. Click here for the steps to create a screenshot. Also, it is not recommended to put to sleep all the background running programs as it might close the important applications.

Sure, here it is.

Yes fully aware of not wanting to put them all to sleep, but the programs I wanna put to sleep are 
-Microsoft OneDrive
-Google Chrome
-and GoogleToolbarNotifier

i have the unlimited tune-up, but it wont let me put any programs to sleep,why??

It's not recommended to put these programs into sleep mode. If you are using other browser then you can out chrome into sleep mode. Try repairing your AVG PC Tuneup as suggested in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG . Thank you!
