Trying to log-in to my account, but system says my email address is not recognized. Since buying AVG last year, my address HAS changed, but I tried logging-in with my old address AND my new one - same result; doesn't recognize it. However, I used my old address to access this community help page, so it does recognize that address, sometimes. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help resolve the issue?
