Du malware my word documents are corupted and chanched in EVALUGC files, how can i get them back?

The problem occured the daythat i chatted with your college. He/she helpt me wikth the virus, it was a blocking program which i could unblock wenn a payd a surten amount of money. Your college made my programs work again the caseticket was q3335381. but today i discovered that the word filen still are corrupten en have the extention: EVALUGC file. so i can`t open them in ms word.
