Hello Glenn. Thank you for uploading the sample files. You can continue using your machine until the files are being analyzed. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance.
I run Corel's Word Perfect Professional and have done for over a decade, with no problems. One of the components of this package is a database called Paradox which contains the file csv.exe which is Corel's web server. Paradox needs this to run.
Last week my routine AVG scan reported this file had been infected with as trojan called Generic36.BUDQ. I allowed AVG to remove the infected file but as this meant Paradox would no longer run, I then uninstalled the entire Word Perfect installation and reinstalled again from the original installation CD. To my surprise, when I ran Paradox , AVG immediately reported that the infection was back again, so, once again, I removed it.
This time, instead of reinstalling, I copied the .csv file from an uninfected computer and as soon as the copy was completed, AVG reported the infection as back again.
The fact that I reinstalled from the original CD (which, surely, was not already infected when it was released way back in 2002), and the fact that the uninfected file which I copied from another CD was reported as infected immediately, leads me to wonder whether or not AVG is incorrectly interpreting this file as being infected, when it might not be. What do you think?

Thanks Rajendra. I will upload the file when business opens tomorrow. I hope this is the reason for the issue but you don't say whether you believe this to be the case, based on what I have said. Do you think it is probably not a real infection and therefore that it is safe to use the machine even if the message continues to come up? I ask this because I need to use the machine and I don't know how long it will take you to analyze the file and determine what is going on. Thanks.
