Workspace malware detected

To confirm, is there a specific time frame I can expect to hear back from them once I've sent an email? Also, can I call a phone number in case I need urgent assistance? Got a malwarre warning about 'Workspace' … it reads:
"Malware detected
Workspace contains malware that could harm your device. It is installed in the system partition and cannot be uninstalled. Instead, you must deactivate the app from system settings.
Detection ID: 0827aba1b490"

When I click on the Resolve button it takes me to the app but doesn't appear to do anything. There is no option to 'deactivate'. The 'Clear cache' button is greyed out. The 'Clear data' is active but I haven't clicked on it yet.

Is this a false-positive? Or actual issue? Anyone else run into this? I cannot run any AVG scans until this is resolved. TIA
