Are you able to process the payment when using "WorldPay" from a different browser?

I am trying to complete my compliance for WorldPay payments but it appears I have a flaw with firewalls, this is the comment I get and the supposed fix

The remote host does not discard TCP SYN packets that have the FIN flag set.<br/><br/>Depending on the kind of firewall you are using, an attacker may use this flaw to bypass its rules.
SolutionContact your vendor for a patch.
I have no idea what contact your vendor for a patch means.... is AVG the vendor??
