May I know whether you're being blocked from accessing e-mails and VIN scans? If yes, please try disabling AVG and verify the status.
To do so, right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable AVG temporarily.
Please keep us updated on the progress.

We could see that you are unable to receive the email even after disabling the AVG.
We feel that the issue is not with AVG.
