Upon checking your account, we see that the trial version of AVG TuneUp has been renewed to an aannual subscription, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry (which has been sent to you on 10/1/19). It includes instructions on how to cancel, renewal date & charge.
Our refund policy allows us to initiate refund for orders that are within 30 days of purchase. If you've reached us within that timeframe, we'd have helped you with your refund request.
Unfortunately, we're not in a position to initiate refund. Thank you for your understanding in advance!

After checking my mail I could not find your notification of which you are talking about. I didn't get it and I didn't read it. Now I would like to know how can I unsubscribe from the AVG TuneUp?
I was charged for 44,99 EUR for something I didn't order. I want my money back, because I didn't authorized this perchose.
Upon checking our records, we see that the pre-billing notification has been sent to you on 10/1/19, Sonja. It might have landed in your junk/spam folder.
