Wrong Date being shown for renewal

According to "My Subscriptions" the renewal date is being shown as "Subscribed. Your next payment date is January 11, 2024". This makes no sense as I bought the software on :-

February 16, 2023

Please correct.. Slightly early renewal date OK, but not over a month.
