We had sent you a notification email regarding the Auto-renewal 45 days prior to the date of renewal.
I have canceled the automatic renewal of your AVG subscription and processed refund for the recent charge. The money will be credited back to your account within 7 business days.
I have not been using your protection service because I have another provider. I have informed your company and told them not to request any further payment.
To my surprise a deduction was attempted out of my account.Please make sure that this does not happen again.
