Wrong drawing money at my bank account

have withdrawn money from my bank account, although we - in my household, no longer use Your services from avg.com
I would like my money returned immediatly, thanks.
I don´t understand where You got my bank informations from?
So please educate me, If I´m wrong.
I have spoken to my bank, and they could not se any old postings from You, in billing or other payments.

AVG has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I hope you get your problem resolved. I spent an hour on the chat with them to get a refund on something that I shouldn't have been charged for. The guy kept trying to sell it to me at a lower price instead of just refunding the money.
