Hello Dawid,

It is not possible to change the email address for existing order.
Hence, request you to cancel the auto renewal for your existing trial order and create a new one using the correct email address.

Hello

I activated free 30 day trial of AVG TuneUP but entered the wrong email address(made a typo). Can i change the email adress to the right one, or cancel the free subscription before the automatic renewal? I don't have acces to the email i entered when i was activating the 30 day trial.

 Sorry for my bad English it's not my first language.

I can't cancel the auto renewal for that order because i dont have access to the email: "dxxxxx@gmail.com" I entered when ordering it. Email dxxxxx@gmail belongs to some other AVG user and i don't have access to his account. The problem is that i bound my paypal account with his AVG account and i am afraid i will be charged for automatic renewal at the end of the month

Dawid, we have cancelled the automatic renewal for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (30 day trial subscription), which is registered with dxxxxxx9@gmail.com and assure you will not be charged.
