I signed on for a free AVG tune-up trial on 10 July, but cancelled it on 11th, after which you sent me a confirmation email. I did get a subscription reminder email- which I ignored, because you had cancelled my subscription- but on 7th Sept I was charged £74.99! What has gone wrong?
