I am trying to find out why I was charged US59.99 for a product I didn't order when there was no invoice and no receipt sent to my email account.
I have not changed my email address in 10 years and there was nothing in the spam folder.
Despite several emails, I have not received a satisfactory explanation and I am still $59.99 out of pocket.
Please rectify and refund me this money ASAP.
