Wrongly Charged

I have not been using AVG for the last 12 months as I cancelled subscritions last year and cannot understand why you decided to charge my credit card 12months after my cancellation,
I have been in touch with my credit card company and was assured that they will not allow this payment to go ahead or any further payments to AVG without my permission, I would appreciate it if you would remove any information you hold of me so that this situation cannot occur again.
I find it very unprofesional that a company involved in security can carry out such a mistake and certainly undermines any confidence I had in AVG

I have been charged £159.99 for a renewal charge when I have not had AVG security for 12 months I need my money returning to my  credit card the transaction ID is 06144771RV005324B 
Please could someone contact me to confirm that my money will be returned

Terence, you have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Ultimate,

This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

We have processed refund from our end and sent an email confirming the same.

We have cancelled the automatic renewal and you will not be charged by AVG automatically in the future.
