WTF? Says my Trial is over but I bought the App!

I did exactly what you said to do above. Yes there were restartst etc…but when all done, my Zen dashboard now says under the Protection Pro that I did purchase - Expires in 7 days - Buy now?

WTF is wrong now…I bought the bloody app…THIS NEEDS ATTENTION NOW!!!

You need not pay anything more. You are prompted to buy because you have not yet activated your product.
I request you to click this link
 http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your pc.
After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.
Now, reinstall your product and activate it and you will be fine.

my AVG is up and running fine for the past three weeks or so…and yes I bought the AVG Protection multidevice at the end of November…

Today it pops open and says "my Trial has ended…I need to buy it"…

…sigh…can anyone here help me thru this…I see that the only way so far I've found to ask AVG is to pay them $79 more – which I'm not gonna do…
