This is the expected behavior as most of the streaming websites will have their own restriction policy which will not allow access when a VPN application is used.
However, you can try selecting the following locations Gotham, Miami, New York, Seattle, Wonderland in AVG Secure VPN and check whether you are able to access the streaming sites.

AVG VPN blokuje spuštění stanice čtsport. Po ručním odpojení a znovu připojení pak funguje správně. S Adobe flash playerem to nemá už nic společného. Platí pro všechny verze windows7 až w10 (na w8 zkoušeno jen dvakrát).
Po spuštění stroje je automaticky aktivní VPN. V tu chvíli bez problémů běží všechny stanice kromě této bez problémů (autorská práva neřeším, každý program má vlastní design zprávy, že program není vysílán na internetu). ČT4 se nerozběhne vůbec (po některé z posledních aktualizacích AVG).
Před tím se objevil bílý text na fialovém podkladě (anglické znění) bez ohledu na autorská práva.
Teprve po ručním odpojení VPN a opětovném spuštění VPN se ČT4 rozběhne.
