Wy canceled my subscription by the administration of AVG

I received the message "Because you have unsubscribed, this subscription will no longer be automatically renewed" in the map of my membership data. I have not ordered that. WY and how is it possible that I get this message. I suppose that when I reach the experion date, I recieve a request to extend the memberschip.
