Upon checking it, we see that you've allowed the site : xiiowt.amarogitonibii.com to provide notifications in MS Edge. 
Hence, you're receiving these notifications. You can remove the permissions in Edge to get rid of these notifications.
To do so : Open MS Edge - Menu (3 dots at top right corner) - Settings - Cookies & site permissions (in left pane) - All permissions - scroll to Notifications & select it - check if the above mentioned site is listed under 'Allow' - If listed, click on 3 dots beside it & either select remove or block. 
Please try the above step & let us know if it helps.

Thanks for the info.
I already fixed it I think, at least I don't have any more popups (touch wood).
I only use Microsoft edge on freemagazines.top because I have Adblock on Firefox and freemags---- don't allow Adblock.
Anyway another website suggested a "factory reset" of M/Edge and it apparently worked.
