Yesterday I chatted with Arun who told me I needed to uninstall and reinstall my AVG Anti-Virus program which had stopped working. That was one day wasted because it failed to reinstall giving me an error message. Searching questions and answers led me to a suggestion to download and run "Registry Recycler," which i did. It may have cleared the problem except that AVG will not reload my installation. This may be because of it only being a one computer AVG license, I don't know. But I do know that I have actually no protection from AVG on this computer.
I purchased the license on Sept 23rd. The invoice number is: 2502365748. I should have about 7 months remaining internet security on this purchase. But at the moment I have none. Any help?
