We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry to hear that the alarm doesn't sound. Generally, there are few possibilities that would not allow the AVG Alarm clock to go off as scheduled. 

1. Do Not Disturb Mode
2. Conflicting Performance app installed
3. Device settings.

Please ensure that there are no restrictions set AVG Alarm clock in Do Not Disturb settings.
