Yahoo and other websites have another language

Does anyone know why my usual websites are changing languages. I use English but it is showing up in a different language? How how I permanently change this? Thanks

Please let us know the browser in which you're experiencing this issue & clarify whether this happens irrespective of browsers.
Also, clarify whether you're connected to internet through AVG Secure VPN.
