I too am having this problem of being redireced to a Yahoo search. In Windows 10 (also on my Mac Pro). Using Chrome… It started when I downloaded AVG. Coincidence? I wonder. But in any case, it is annoying as all get out when I want to use a Google search and keep getting switched over to Yahoo. It should be something that AVG can detect and resolve.

AVG is not finding and removing the Yahoo redirect virus.  I  understand that this virus is hard to remove but I would have thought that AVG would have addressed this long ago.  Can anyone help me?  Also, does anyone have a phone number that you can reach a real person at AVG on?
