Yesterday 12/4/14 I purchased AVG PC Tune Up. Today it is telling me my free trial has expired. Why is it telling me this when I purchased it and it doesnt expire until 12/4/15? I am very confused right now. Please help me fix this

Thea, For help on your issue please try removing AVG TuneUp using this tool (http://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/TuneUp/TUWipeOutPlus2015.exe) and then install latest version from the previous posting above.

Can I uninstall and reinstll it to fix the problem?

I did the free trial to see what it could do…after trying it I purchased it. Now I am having the problem of it saying it has expired. I have the license number and it shows up on my account as being purchased and I received the comfirmation. Please help me fix this. Thank you!!!
